Style is a reflection of how we see ourselves. It influences how we move through the world and how others respond to us. My work is about helping you feel confident, comfortable and in control, with a wardrobe (and accompanying report) that makes choosing outfits and getting dressed easier. Together, we move past the dressing anxiety that often leads to rushed or impulse purchases, and instead create a wardrobe that feels aligned with your life as it is now.

I absolutely love supporting women to reprioritise themselves, taking themselves off the backburner and investing in feeling their best. After years, and often decades, of focusing on everyone and everything else, it’s easy to lose a sense of yourself along the way. Hormonal changes, shifts in body and lifestyle, and the demands of modern life all play a part. This work isn’t really about your wardrobe alone, it’s about creating the space and confidence to make the most of yourself and your life now.

Having experienced depression in my twenties, I understand that confidence is not a frivolous matter. Looking after yourself and valuing how you feel are foundational to living well, both for yourself and in how you show up for others.
