It’s completely normal to have questions before investing in yourself. I hope the answers below are helpful. I’m always happy to talk things through if you’d like to explore whether this feels right for you.
IS THIS WORTH THE INVESTMENT?

This work is designed to create lasting change, rather than a temporary fix. As a certified personal coach with years of experience helping women with confidence, and as a stylist I work with the complete picture. Instead of just adding more clothes, we focus on understanding what works, simplifying decisions, and creating a wardrobe that genuinely supports your life day to day, and how you want to feel.
Most clients find this saves them time, money and mental energy long after the sessions themselves, through more confident shopping, fewer impulse purchases, and a wardrobe that works harder overall. Invest further and add on the focused coaching element with The Confidence Edit and you've got a chance to more deeply transform how you see and present yourself through coaching too. This is about feeling your best as well as looking fantastic.
From a purely financial perspective the one off services match the price of your next few purchases from ME + EM and many clients recoup the cost of these sessions through selling their unwanted clothes.
WHAT MAKES YOUR APPROACH DIFFERENT?

As a certified coach with a passion for wellbeing I am very client-led in my approach, focusing first and foremost on you, your lifestyle, what flatters you, and what helps you feel your best. Fashion is never an afterthought, but it sits lower in the hierarchy.
This work is about creating an enduring wardrobe, with you as the constant. Trends come and go; we shape fashion around you, not the other way around. We want your confidence to be the cornerstone.
Through The Confidence Edit, this same philosophy extends beyond the wardrobe with focused coaching time. By combining practical style work with confidence coaching, we create space for change that feels aligned and sustainable helping you feel confident not just in what you wear, but in how you move through your life.
I'M VERY BUSY - HOW LONG DOES THIS TAKE?

This work is designed to save you time and reduce mental load, not add to it. Sessions are thoughtfully planned, with a significant amount of preparation and thinking done behind the scenes.
Each Edit takes around half a day, scheduled at a time that works for you. While setting aside that space can feel costly, clients often say the greatest benefit comes afterwards - fewer daily decisions, less mental load, and far more ease when getting dressed, resulting in more confidence.
HOW DO I KNOW THIS IS RIGHT FOR ME?

If you often find yourself saying 'I’ve got nothing to wear' despite having an overcrowded wardrobe, if getting dressed feels like an ordeal, if you never quite feel you’re wearing the right outfit for the occasion, and if you’ve lost confidence and know you could feel better about yourself, this work is designed for you.
Clients often tell me that, as their wardrobe becomes easier and more aligned, their relationship with themselves begins to soften too, whether that’s letting go of habits rooted in self-criticism, (the daily date with the scales) feeling more at ease in their body, or noticing an increase confidence and self kindness. Seeing women experience these wider shifts is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.

DO YOU WORK WITH ALL AGES AND BODY TYPES?

Yes. I work with women of all ages, shapes and sizes. My approach is about understanding and supporting the body you have now, rather than trying to fit a particular ideal.
For many women, this includes addressing what I call 'a wardrobe of guilt' - clothes from a previous chapter that no longer fit or serve you, but are kept out of habit or hope. This is especially common at moments of transition, such as after motherhood or through menopause, when bodies, priorities and confidence can shift. Letting go of these pieces is often one of the most freeing parts of the process, allowing your wardrobe to support you as you are today.
WHAT IS YOUR BACKGROUND AND HOW DID YOU COME TO THIS WORK?

This work grew naturally through word of mouth, beginning with friends and family and developing over time as trust and demand grew. My background is creative (interiors and jewellery design) and alongside this I’m a certified personal coach, all of which shape how I work today.
Everything I offer has been refined through experience, and through working closely with women in demanding professional and public-facing roles over many years.
WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

I am based in West Sussex and work largely in London, Surrey, Hampshire and West Sussex (where travel costs are included in the price) but will consider all locations, including abroad. Details of travel costs will be negotiated on a case by case basis.
WHAT ABOUT PRIVACY AND DISCRETION?

Privacy and discretion are fundamental to how I work. All client work is treated as confidential, and nothing is ever shared without your permission. For clients who require it, I’m happy to work under an NDA.
This work is not therapy or medical treatment, and is not intended to replace professional support where needed.
